Preparations were made by those that came before, and for that you are thankful, but the prophesied time is at hand and gratitude is the last thing on your mind.
You study the journal passed down to you by your mother, and her mother before her, going back as far as the time of the Egyptian pharaohs. The complicated diagrams chart the movement of stars and other celestial entities over hundreds of years, but all the patterns point to one thing: total annihilation.
Your knowledge makes you vulnerable. The despair of predetermination weighs heavily upon you, but it also makes you stronger. Forewarned, as they say, is forearmed.

After resolving setup, retreat

During this game, play with the top Gate of the Gate stack revealed.
When the Omen advances to the Omen that corresponds to the top Gate of the Gate stack, advance Doom by 1.
